B. The 'Virtual Stage' Clip (High-End Composite) The ultimate visual upgrade with AI technology. We film each band member individually (solo) with perfect lighting and edit it together in a digitally created world or tight composite edit.

Do you have your story ready? We make professional content in one hour. Ideal for creating a stock of videos in one go.

 

• End product length: Maximum 60 seconds per video (Vertical/Square).

 

• Input: Based on your own topics/scripts.

 

• Recording: 1 hour of popping in the studio or on location.

 

• Edit: Fast editing, jump-cuts and trending effects.

GENERAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS (VIDEO)

 

1. Music Rights & Licenses. A video without music does not work. At Hemusic we make sure that this is legally correct:

 

• Stock Music (Standard): Our video packages include licenses for high-quality 'Royalty Free' stock music. You can post the video online without any worries.

 

• Custom Music: Do you choose a unique composition by Hemusic? Then a user license applies to this.

 

• Commercial Music: Do you deliver music yourself (e.g. a well-known hit)? Then you as the client are responsible for the payment to Buma/Stemra and obtaining permission.

 

2. Property & Raw Footage

 

• End product: You pay for the assembled end product (the video). You will receive a non-exclusive license for unlimited use.

 

• Raw Footage: The raw, unprocessed recordings and project files remain intellectual property of Hemusic and are not included as standard. Would you like to receive the raw images to archive or edit yourself? This is possible at a Buy-out fee (surcharge).

 

3. Practical Matters

 

• Travel costs: € 0.23 per km from studio Velp (Arnhem).

 

• Portrait right: The client is responsible for obtaining permission from persons who are portrayed.

 

• Revision: Prices include 1 correction round via a handy online preview link.

 

• Payment: 50% upon agreement, 50% after delivery.
