A good band photo is just as important as a good demo. It's the first thing bookers and fans see.

 

• The Shoot: We choose a location that suits your sound (industrial, nature, urban or tight in the studio).

 

• Concept: No stiff setup, but dynamic images with attitude.

 

• Delivery: Selection of 10-15 top photos, professionally edited (color grading).

 

• Formats: You receive the images in high resolution and in specific formats for Socials and Spotify.

 

Package price: € 250,- (excl. VAT) (Shoot of approx. 1.5 hours on location).
 

 

2. Live Concert Photography

Low light, high energy. The action was clearly recorded.

Do you play in a dark room or at a festival? I provide images from which the energy splashes.

 

• The Focus: Interaction with the audience, close-ups of the instruments and the emotion on the faces.

 

• Delivery: Wide selection (30-50 photos) that summarize the atmosphere of the whole evening.

 

      Package price: € 195,- (excl. VAT) (Attence during soundcheck + show, max 3 hours).
 

 

3. Business Portrait & Personal Branding

Not a stiff passport photo, but a portrait that exudes confidence.

For entrepreneurs, freelancers and creatives who want to upgrade their website or LinkedIn profile.

 

• The Style: Spontaneous, accessible and professional. On location (your office/workplace) or outside.

 

• Delivery: 5 to 8 professionally retouched portraits.

 

Package price: € 145,- (excl. VAT) (Shoot of approx. 45 min on location).

4. Event & Corporate Report

The atmosphere of your opening, seminar or company party.

Are you organizing a business event? I capture the atmosphere, the guests and the details without being conspicuously present.

 

• Documentary: I don't direct anything, but record what happens (candid shots).

 

• Atmosphere: Focus on smiling people, networking moments and the decoration of the location.

 

• (Note: We only provide business events and cultural productions. No weddings or private atmospheres).

 

Hourly rate: € 85,- (excl. VAT) (Minimum purchase 2 hours. Including post-processing of the selection).

5. Album Cover & Artwork

One image that summarizes your entire album.

Do you have a specific idea for a CD cover or Spotify single cover?

 

• Concept: We brainstorm together about the image (abstract, tape photo, or manipulated image).

 

• Post-processing: Includes advanced editing and space for typography/text.

 

Price: On request (Depending on complexity).

GENERAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS (PHOTOGRAPHY)

 

1. Travel expenses

• For on-site shoots we charge € 0.23 per km (calculated from studio Velp, Gelderland).

 

2. Post-processing & Delivery

• Photography is 50% shooting and 50% post-processing. The prices include the standard selection and 'color grading' in the style of Hemusic.

• The photos are delivered digitally via a high-resolution download link (JPG).

 

3. Right of use

• You will receive a license for unlimited use of the photos for your own promotion (Website, Socials, Press Releases).

• The photographer (of Hemusic) reserves the right to use the images in his portfolio.
