• The Shoot: We take a series of higher-resolution photos from various angles and heights.

 

• Post-processing: The photos are professionally post-processed (color correction, horizon straightening, air optimization).

 

• Delivery: 10 to 15 edited photos in high resolution (suitable for printing and Funda/Website).

 

• Application: Sales styling, roof inspections, construction progress.

2. Drone Video (Cinematic B-Roll)

Rough images to assemble yourself or as an addition.

Are you an editor or do you need raw material for a larger production?

 

• The Shoot: We fly various 'movements' (Fly-over, Orbit, Reveal) around the object or location.

 

• Quality: Recording in razor-sharp 4K resolution.

 

• Bonus (Photo & Video): While filming, we take high-resolution aerial photos at the same time. So you will receive both the video footage and the photos of the flight, at no extra cost or loss of time.

 

• Delivery: The raw, unassembled files (Rushes) are delivered digitally.

3. The Drone Commercial (Complete)

A short, powerful video completely from the air.

Do you want a unique atmospheric video of a nature reserve, golf course, campsite or large site?

 

• Concept: We make a flight plan to highlight the most beautiful sides of the location.

 

• Assembly: We assemble the images to a smooth whole of about 60 seconds.

 

• Audio: Of course provided with appropriate, royalty-free music and sound design (wind, birds) by Hemusic.

 

• Result: A ready-made video for your website or socials.

4. Project Progression Video (GPS Waypoints)

The 'Growing Film': A unique journey around time around your project.

Do you want to visualize construction or development not with static photos, but with a smooth video that becomes more impressive every month?

 

• De Techniek: With GPS technology, the drone flies exactly the same route month after month.

 

• Current Montage: After each flight, we mount the new images directly to the previous recordings.

 

• The Result: You will receive an updated video after each visit in which you see the building 'growing' to the present moment. At the end of the project you immediately have the complete timelapse movie.

 

• Bonus: During each flight we also automatically take up-to-date aerial photos for your reports.

5. Combi-Deal: Video + Drone

The smartest choice for companies.

Are you booking a Corporate Film or Event Video with Hemusic? Then you can add drone recordings as an 'add-on' for a reduced rate.

 

• We are already on location with the camera equipment.

 

• The drone images are directly incorporated into your main video for that extra 'wow effect'.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

 

1. Travel costs & Region

• For on-site recordings we charge € 0.23 per km (calculated from studio Velp, Gelderland).

• Any parking costs will be charged on recalculation.

 

2. Weather & Wind (Bad Weather Guarantee)

• Drone flying depends on the weather. In case of rain, fog or strong wind, we cannot fly due to safety and image quality.

• Is the weather too bad on the scheduled day? Then we will move the shoot to a new date free of charge.

 

3. No-Fly Zones (Location Check)

• Not flying is allowed everywhere (e.g. around airports, military grounds and some nature reserves).

• Procedure: We always check your location on the official airline maps in advance. Is your location in a prohibited zone? Then unfortunately we cannot accept the assignment or we have to look at the possibilities for an exemption.

 

4. Privacy & Security

• We do not fly (according to the Open Category rules) above crowds or non-involved persons. Privacy is paramount; we do not film neighbors or private property without permission.

• The pilot has the mandatory EU Drone License and flies with registered equipment. You are assured of a legal flight.
